you can go to and type in estimate tax payments in the search bar. Or you can go to Forms and publications on the site and search for the form by name. It also includes instructions for the form.
Line 65 on form 1040 is where you put your federal quarterly estimated taxes (if that is what you are referring to). If the state taxes are income taxes, they are deductible on Schedule A line 5.
